Account data: name, work email, organization details, and hashed credentials. Usage data: analyses run, features used, AI token consumption, and audit events (kept for security and billing). Uploaded data: the files your organization loads for analysis — budgets, inventories, contracts, and similar business records.
To operate the platform for your organization: running the analyses you request, enforcing your subscription's entitlements, metering AI usage, sending transactional email (login codes, digests you enable, receipts), and providing support.
AI processing: uploaded content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your analyses. It is not used to train their models under our commercial terms.
Platform improvement: only anonymized, aggregated numeric patterns (for example, distribution ranges across customers) are retained for benchmarking intelligence. Your files, company names, vendors, and line items are never included.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your business data with other customers. We do not use your uploaded content to market to you or anyone else.
Delete any uploaded file at any time from the Data Hub or Data Management. Purge all organization data (files and analyses) in one action from Data Management — your right to erasure, honored immediately. Export your analyses at any time via the platform's download functions.
Data is stored on Microsoft Azure (United States regions) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to your organization's licensed users via authenticated sessions; administrative access is protected with multi-factor authentication. Every data operation is written to an audit log.
Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account plus statutory retention periods. Uploaded files and analyses are kept until you delete them or purge your organization's data. Audit logs are retained for security purposes.
The platform uses a single session cookie strictly necessary for login. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
